We start with a 60-minute consultation — in person or virtual. We listen to your goals, walk through your space, discuss your timeline and budget, and answer every question you have.

Within 48 hours we send a detailed project proposal and transparent pricing estimate.

Step 02
Design & Planning

Our designers develop your concept — mood boards, floor plans, 3D renders, and complete material specifications. You see the full vision before a single tool is picked up.

We revise until every detail is exactly right.

Procurement
Step 03
Procurement & Permits

We handle all material sourcing, ordering, and scheduling — plus every permit and approval the City of Los Angeles requires. By the time construction starts, everything is staged and ready.

Construction

Our licensed, vetted construction team executes the build under close supervision. You receive weekly photo and video updates and have direct access to your project manager at all times.

Final Walkthrough & Handover

Once construction is complete, we do a thorough punch-list walkthrough with you. Any last adjustments are made immediately. We don't consider a job done until you are completely satisfied.
